MC830 und C8: McIntosh präsentiert neue Home-Audio-Produkte
Das Feuerwerk der McIntosh-Neuheiten bekommt neue, anspruchsvolle Nahrung in Gestalt zweier weiterer Verstärkermodelle.
McIntosh schreibt dazu:
Following in the footsteps of our immensely popular and retro styled MA252 and MA352 Integrated Amplifiers, which took design cues from our timeless MC275 Vacuum Tube Amplifier, we are proud to introduce two more exciting models with similar styling: the MC830 Solid State Amplifier and C8 Vacuum Tube Preamplifier.
Featuring styling reminiscent of our 1950s and 1960s designs, the MC830 and C8 are full of modern day technology to produce an amazing home audio experience. When a pair of MC830s are combined with the C8, they can form the foundation of system that can deliver a lifelike home audio experience.
Röhrenvorstufe McIntosh C8 AC
Anders als die brandneue (Mk V) Version des C22-Röhrenvorverstärkers zeigt die neue C8-Röhrenvorstufe das McIntosh-Ursprungsdesign im Stile einer MC275-Endstufe bzw. der aktuellen Vollverstärker MA252 und MA352.
Überaus erwähnenswert: Obwohl die Basis der C8 AC eine rein analoge ist, kann sie optional mit dem neuen DAC-Modul DA2 aufgerüstet werden!
Transistor-Monoblick McIntosh MC830 AC
Als „Perfect Match“ in optischer und klanglicher Hinsicht gesellt sich zu diesem Prachtvorverstärker der neue McIntosh-Transistormonoblock MC830 AC. Dieser ist mit seinen 300 Watt (an 8 Ohm) bzw. 480 Watt (an 4 Ohm) in der Lage, neben feinsten Klangnuancen bei Bedarf auch kompromisslos punchartigen Druck zu liefern.
